Biography
Mr. Votel spent nearly all of his law school career as a law clerk for a Cincinnati law firm. During that time, he gained significant experience in dealing with personal injury, civil litigation, and other areas of the law. He has dedicated his career thus far to assisting victims of injuries, criminal defendants, and people going through difficult family law issues. Mr. Votel handles all types of legal issues, including, but not limited to, personal injury, such as car accidents, dog bites, and slip and falls, criminal defense, estate planning and probate work, family law, such as divorces, child custody matters, and protection orders. He is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives the help that they need by taking a hands-on and personal approach to every case. When he is not working, Mr. Votel enjoys working out, playing video and tabletop games with his friends, and spending time with his family.
